Payment  — Credit Card & Installment Plan ​

We're happy to accept product exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Beyond this period, we regret that we're unable to process an exchange.
1. To ensure a smooth exchange, please make sure the item meets the following conditions:
  • 1.1 The product is in perfect condition — unused, undamaged, and free of stains or marks.
  • 1.2 All original tags are still attached (please don't remove tags until you're sure you won't be exchanging the item).
  • 1.3 The original box and all accompanying accessories are included.

2. A receipt is required as proof of purchase for all exchange requests.
3. Display/showroom items and Clearance Sale items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
4. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways when returning an item for exchange.
5. If your requested size is out of stock, you're welcome to exchange it for an item of equal or greater value, with the price difference payable for the new item.

Note: If you need to change the product size, please contact Alpinestars Shop at 098-428-8888 before shipping the return, so our staff can preliminarily verify the item you want to exchange in advance.

Credit Card Payments ​


  • Credit Card Payments We accept credit card payments for purchases with a total value of 500 THB or more. Payments below 500 THB can be made by QR PromptPay. All credit card transactions are processed securely. 0% Installment Plan To make our products more accessible, we offer a 0% interest installment plan on qualifying purchases made with a participating credit card. The installment period available depends on your total purchase value in a single receipt, as follows:

Installment Plan Conditions ​


  1. The installment plan applies to the total purchase value in a single transaction (one receipt). Multiple receipts cannot be combined to reach a qualifying tier.

  2. The plan is available only for credit cards issued by participating banks. Please check with our staff or contact us to confirm whether your card is eligible before completing your purchase.

  3. The installment amount will be divided into equal monthly payments and billed to your credit card statement by the card-issuing bank over the selected period.

  4. Approval of the installment transaction is subject to the terms, credit limit, and final decision of the card-issuing bank. 
    ​
  5. In the case of a product return or refund on an installment purchase, the refund will be processed in accordance with the card-issuing bank's policy, and any fees charged by the bank are the responsibility of the cardholder as per the bank's terms.

  6. The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel these terms without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the company's decision shall be final.
